Our Story

In the beginning, digital ads were simple, just a few harmless pop ups and banner ads with little to no data collection.

Then it got complicated.

Our original software product was built to help AdSec teams deal with an epidemic of cookies, tracking pixels and unwanted digital content. And when privacy regulations began to push back against the tide, we launched more solutions to help busy compliance teams keep up.

Now, we’ve streamlined all our patented technology into a single, modular platform—built to serve ad operations and privacy compliance teams alike.

Chief Executive Officer

Pamela Slea is a strategic and growth-focused executive with over 20 years of experience in advertising technology, currently serving as CEO of Boltive. She has led teams at some of the industry’s most pioneering companies—including Google, Criteo, AppNexus, Index Exchange, and InMobi—driving innovation and scaling operations in fast-moving, complex markets. Pamela is known for her ability to craft and execute high-impact strategies that fuel sustainable growth and position companies at the forefront of industry change.

Christine Desrosiers
Chief Product Officer

Christine Desrosiers, CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, FIP, is an operations and product professional with 20 years’ experience building best-in-class publisher ad stacks and ops teams, and integrating ad and site stacks with privacy tech. She is involved in a number of industry working groups and advisory boards, working to raise the bar on privacy, security and transparency. She is based in San Francisco.

Chief Marketing Officer

Catherine Mietek is a strategic, growth-focused marketing executive with over 20 years of experience in B2B SaaS. She leads global go-to-market strategy and category positioning as the company advances agentic governance for ad security and data privacy. Catherine has held senior product marketing roles at Smartly.io and Index Exchange, where she helped bring complex products to market and scale growth in rapidly evolving environments.

Chief Technology Officer

KC brings over 15 years of experience in adtech, with a track record of building and scaling emerging products from zero to enterprise adoption. During his time at HUMAN, he led engineering teams developing distributed systems and real-time platforms in high-volume environments. He is known for turning complex challenges into scalable solutions and building teams that deliver reliably at scale.

Chief Revenue Officer

Ellen brings over 25 years of experience in enterprise sales and partnerships, most recently at Microsoft where she led strategic partner sales at global scale. She has a strong track record of scaling go-to-market efforts and building deep, high-impact relationships across brands, publishers, and platforms.
